Made from the finest Proximity Denim selvage, woven here in Greensboro on antique shuttle looms, then cut and sewn with Norma's expertise at Stockbridge Sewing Works in PA, these caps boast details galore. 5-panel crown construction, cotton bias taped seam, multi-layered cotton sweatband, low contrast stitching, reinforced crown, Reece eyelets for ventilation, denim covered crown button, flexible 2.5” bill with 7 rows of stitching for durability, an adjustable closure system made from Horween leather, solid brass tubular rivets, completed with a solid brass buckle, and bartacked for a super clean finish. 

Pre-Shrunk Indigo Denim Cap: Durable and Ready to Wear

In order to best guarantee fit and shape, the loomstate denim has all been washed and dried before sewing to eliminate shrinkage that could otherwise cause seam pucker and other fabric skewing.  Nominal shrinkage may still occur, but we consider these pre-shrunk.  Guaranteed to get better with use, but soft right out of the get-go!
